When the root chakra is in balance, you feel strong and confident; you can stand up on your own two feet and take care of yourself.
Best pose to balance your root chakra - Vrksasana or Tree pose
1. Step into the center of your mat
2. Find Tadasana
3. Take your foot and place it on the:
A .Inside of the ankle
B. inside of the calf
C. inside of the thigh (AVOID PLACING THE FOOT ON THE KNEE JOINT AS IT CAN CAUSE YOU TO DAMAGE YOUR KNEE JOINT)
4. Take your arms up and above your head and hold. Try this on both sides.
