Self care is at the heart of any yoga practice. Whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or like you just cant take another project try this quick routine to get your mind right and refill your cup:
2. Standing forward fold
3. Downward Dog
5. Downward Dog, again
6. Slowly rise up and find yourself standing back in Mountain Pose.
7. Repeat 5-10 times
